going swimming

On wednesday the 4th of November room 2 went swimming. First room 2 put on their swimming togs. Then we waited for our swimming group. We went into the pool with our teachers. We practiced swimming freestyle, backstroke and "frogs legs".

Printmaking

We have been learning about printmaking and how it is different from other types of artwork. We made cardboard block prints, using koru designs, and used our new school printing press to make amazing white prints on black paper. Here are Soli and Austin hard at work!
